Alyssa, the driving force behind Lady James Creative, is passionate about creating empowered, sophisticated designs that are both refined and accessible. With a degree in retail merchandising and product development from Florida State University and a diverse background in sales, both boutique and corporate, Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her business. Co-founding Lady James Creative with her mom, Marybeth, Alyssa has dedicated herself to crafting unique, thoughtful events for her clients.
Alyssa’s creative process is rooted in the nurturing approaches of her late grandfather and her grandmother, who continues to inspire her to be independent. She excels at transforming spaces into unforgettable moments, ensuring each event is infused with a special touch and warmth.
Beyond her professional life, Alyssa values her personal journey deeply. She married the love of her life, Eric, in December 2023. They share their home with two beloved dogs: Zoey, their rescue, and Topper, a golden retriever who was a wedding surprise for Eric. Together, they love hosting, traveling, and working on their home.
Ever since graduating, Alyssa has longed to open a small business where she could make people feel special. Her family has been a driving support behind her success, adding depth and authenticity to her work. Alyssa's genuine care and attention to detail are evident in everything she does, making Lady James Creative a standout in the industry.

Marybeth, co-founder of Lady James Creative, is the heart and soul behind the company’s hands-on design and implementation. A wonderful and devoted mom of three, she is also Alyssa’s best friend and trusted collaborator. With a background in various management roles and extensive experience in merchandising, Marybeth brings a unique blend of creativity and organizational prowess to the team.
Marybeth’s creativity knows no bounds. She is the go-to gal for making all design dreams come to fruition. From the initial concept to the final execution, Marybeth ensures that every project is handled with precision and flair. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her ability to manage logistics seamlessly, makes every event not only beautiful but also smoothly run. Her husband helps her make all her dreams come to life, providing unwavering support. Together, they are a powerhouse team, turning visions into reality.
Marybeth’s life is filled with love, laughter, and a bit of chaos, thanks to her dog, Kali, whom Alyssa brought home during college. She loves to score a good bargain, traveling in her free time, and has probably already seen the TikTok you are planning on showing her.
Outside of her professional life, Marybeth loves spending time with her family and finding new sources of inspiration. Her dedication to excellence and her passion for design shine through in every project she undertakes, making her a cornerstone of the Lady James Creative team.
